We want you to love your purchase. Due to limited pieces per drop, we only accept returns or refunds if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please Note:
- We do not offer exchanges for different sizes. Please carefully check our size guide before ordering.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Request a Return:
- Contact us at hello@verityapparel.co with your order number and a photo of the defect or wrong item.
- We will confirm if the return is eligible and provide instructions for sending it back.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
